KC-400 and KC-200 are engineered for high performance reliability and durability.   Our expanded line of automatic KC technology is available in single our dual column systems which can allow for continuous operation during automatic regen or automatic downtime regen.

KC-200D & KC-400D | Automatic On-line Regeneration

  1. During normal operation, the plating line operates on the primary column
  2. The secondary columns in on standby until the primary column required regeneration
  3. Upon regeneration, the primary column goes into regeneration automatically
  4. The secondary column takes over the water processing and becomes the live column.
  5. Once the regen cycle has completed on the original primary column, it goes into standby mode ready to take over for the secondary column when it requires regeneration
