REKON ion exchange technology is used to deionize hard water or target specific ions for removal.

Designed to automatically treat large batch volumes with different wastewater constituents. Treatments contain pre-programmed chemical recipes designed to guarantee each of your different wastewater sources will receive its specific treatment formula to consistently meet discharge compliance requirements.
A vacuum evaporator is used to further distill water from the REKON system. Distillation occurs in a vacuum which reduces the amount of energy required to recover the wastewater. The process separates solids from liquids.
Solids from the vacuum evaporator is sent to the CONREC liquid crystallizer for drying. The drying process reduces the moisture further from the solids lowering the overall weight of the solid waste. The solid waste is then hauled away for disposal. This is the final step in zero liquid discharge.
